By participating in an interest group, a new member becomes connected to the ‘club’ and especially, to those members who share her interests.
Our groups cover the diverse interests of our members:
Book Clubs, Bridge, City Tours, Euchre, Foreign Films, Golf, Gourmet Cooking, Hiking, Issues and Advocacy, Knit and Nibble, Lunch Bunch, Mah-Jongg, Markham Little Theatre, Scrabble, Mondays in Markham, and Winers and Diners
The CFUW Interest Group Schedule provides days of the week and times for regularly scheduled activities. Groups which are seasonal or meet irregularly for theater performances, or tours to places of interest are not listed here. To check out regular Interest Groups and when they take place, click on the blue Interest Group link after the maple leaf.
Upon joining CFUW Markham Unionville, you will be given or emailed an Interest Group Schedule which includes contact names as well as contact phone numbers and email addresses. Members are encouraged to suggest new Interest Groups at any time.
